Olly Alexander

Olly’s renewables background grew from establishing Santander’s UK renewables investment business, before going on to be one of the founding senior management team at Cubico, the private global renewables investment platform managing long-term capital from the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan and the Public Sector Pension Board of Canada. During his time at Cubico, Olly built and managed the Northern European followed by North American businesses with responsibility for strategy, acquisitions, development, construction and operations of utility scale wind, solar and storage projects.

Outside of Innagreen, Olly enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Olly likes to be outdoors, whether that is mountain walking, skiing, sailing or working away in the garden.

Douglas McAlpine

During this time, he has gained comprehensive experience of project delivery including development, financing, procurement, construction and operations. Since 2016 Douglas has been part of RES America’s executive management team, overseeing the sale of 2.1GW of development assets and the construction of over 6GW. He is committed to promoting health and safety in the industry and sits as the Chairman of RES’ North American operations and member of the RES Group Board of Directors.

Tom Murley

Tom set up and led the renewable energy fund business for HgCapital, where in 2004 they were one of the first European private equity firms to invest in renewables. Prior to this, he was based in the US, initially as a lawyer and then investor in the energy sector.

Tom started his non-exec career at the UK Green Investment Bank (2012-2017). His current non-executive appointments include Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, Ameresco Inc, JCM Power, as well as investment committee member for Catalyst MENA Clean Energy Fund and the Sponsor of the Climate Transition Capital SPAC, in addition to being special consultant to Hudson Clean Energy Partners.

James Pinney

James has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked in roles spanning investment, development, asset management, risk and strategy. Prior to Innagreen, he spent 10 years at Cubico, the private global renewables platform owned by OTPP and PSP. As Head of Northern Europe, he led the acquisition and integration of a UK development business and Cubico’s first investment into BESS, whilst also managing an 18-project operational portfolio of wind and solar assets owned in a JV with GLIL. Prior to that, he was Cubico’s Head of Investment Oversight, working closely with senior management and shareholders to evaluate risk on all new acquisitions, disposals and financings and chairing the Investment Committee.

Prior to Cubico James spent 5 years at EY in their Energy Corporate Finance team and qualified as a CFA Charterholder.

Nick Bellinson

Before joining Innagreen, Nick was an Associate on Rothschild & Co's North American Infrastructure, Power & Renewables team. During his time at Rothschild & Co, he spent the majority of his time working on sell side transactions in the renewable energy and energy transition spaces, supporting renewables platforms and developers as well as industry-leading companies in clean fuels. 

Nick received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Business.

Outside of Innagreen, Nick loves everything active outdoors whether its skiing, backpacking, hiking, mountain and road biking, or running. He's also passionate about having a positive impact on communities around him and has started an organization, called CRCL, focused on getting young professionals in New York to get more actively involved in philanthropy.

Nadia Filanovsky

Prior to joining Innagreen, Nadia was an Associate on Deutsche Bank's Infrastructure and Energy Financing team in New York. During her time at Deutsche Bank, she worked predominately on renewables debt transactions both on the project and corporate level.

Nadia holds a Master of Science in Spatial Economics and Data Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Outside of Innagreen, Nadia enjoys traveling and learning new languages.

Michael Capaldo

Michael has a successful track record in delivering large-scale wind, solar, hydro and biomass projects in Canada, US, UK and Asia. Michael has deep experience with Owners-side late stage development, contract negotiations, project closings, project management, construction management, operations and asset management.

In his role at Innagreen Michael leads all Procurement, Engineering and Construction activities while providing critical support to Operations, Asset Management, and Investments.

Prior to joining Innagreen Michael led the construction team for a large North American IPP. Earlier in his career he held various roles as Owner’s Engineer and Lender’s Engineer. Michael is a Professional Engineer registered with EGBC.

Mike McCarthy

Mike’s experience developing and managing real assets began over 10 years ago at General Electric, where he worked as an engineer to support the development, sale, and implementation of service upgrades for utility scale wind projects. He then worked as an Asset Manager for Invenergy – a privately-held global developer and operator of sustainable energy projects - where he was responsible for a portfolio of thermal and renewable assets exceeding 1.5GW.

At Innagreen, Mike manages the technical, financial, and regulatory requirements of all operating assets. He also plays a key role in evaluating enhancement opportunities to mitigate operational risk and improve portfolio performance.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

Milan Dave

Nupur Bhargava

Prior to joining Innagreen, Nupur worked across leading professional services firms, including BDO, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG, where she managed and led complex audits across infrastructure, private equity, and investment funds under multiple GAAPs. A Chartered Accountant with over eight years of experience, she brings strong technical expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and process improvement, having worked extensively with international teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Outside of work, Nupur enjoys exploring new cuisines, travelling, and trying new experiences. She is also passionate about community projects and enjoys creative pursuits such as working with fragrances and solving puzzles.
