Olly Alexander

Olly’s renewables background grew from establishing Santander’s UK renewables investment business, before going on to be one of the founding senior management team at Cubico, the private global renewables investment platform managing long-term capital from the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan and the Public Sector Pension Board of Canada. During his time at Cubico, Olly built and managed the Northern European followed by North American businesses with responsibility for strategy, acquisitions, development, construction and operations of utility scale wind, solar and storage projects.

Douglas McAlpine

During this time, he has gained comprehensive experience of project delivery including development, financing, procurement, construction and operations. Since 2016 Douglas has been part of RES America’s executive management team, overseeing the sale of 2.1GW of development assets and the construction of over 6GW. He is committed to promoting health and safety in the industry and sits as the Chairman of RES’ North American operations and member of the RES Group Board of Directors.

Tom Murley

Tom set up and led the renewable energy fund business for HgCapital, where in 2004 they were one of the first European private equity firms to invest in renewables. Prior to this, he was based in the US, initially as a lawyer and then investor in the energy sector.

Tom started his non-exec career at the UK Green Investment Bank (2012-2017). His current non-executive appointments include Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, Ameresco Inc, JCM Power, as well as investment committee member for Catalyst MENA Clean Energy Fund and the Sponsor of the Climate Transition Capital SPAC, in addition to being special consultant to Hudson Clean Energy Partners.

Michael Capaldo

Michael has hands-on experience with late-stage development, project management and construction management of multi-hundred MW wind, solar, BESS, run-of-river hydro and biomass projects. Prior to joining Innagreen, Michael worked at a leading Canadian renewable energy IPP from 2014-2022; starting as a Project Manager and building up to being the Director of Construction responsible for execution of the company’s North America Portfolio, including managing a team of construction professionals. Examples of key projects include the 352MW Foard City Wind project, 200MW Hillcrest Solar project and the 62MW Jimmie Creek run-of-river hydro project.

From 2007 to 2014 Michael worked for a leading international renewable energy consultancy where he gained significant international (North America, Europe and Asia) experience as Lender’s IE, Owner’s engineer (on-site PM roles), and with feasibility studies and acquisition DD.

Since joining Innagreen in 2022 Michael has played a key role in all stages of the Hilda and Bekevar wind projects.

Michael is a Professional Engineering registered with EGBC.

In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with family, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, relaxing and growing vegetables. Michael is also continually exploring healthy living practices primarily focused around ayurveda, meditation and yoga.

Chris Cavanaugh

Prior to joining Innagreen, Chris was a Vice President on the Investments team at New Energy Solar Manager – a multi-fund manager investing in renewable assets in the US – where he led diligence and transaction efforts. Previously, Chris was an Associate at Atlas Arteria, a transportation infrastructure investment firm, where he focused on acquiring and restructuring privatized toll road assets in the Americas. Prior to Atlas, Chris worked as an Associate in the Natural Resources group at ABN AMRO in New York, focusing on renewable, aerospace and specialty chemicals transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked for Third Bridge, a buyside research vendor.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Mike McCarthy

Michael’s experience developing and managing real assets began at General Electric, where he worked as an engineer to support the development, sale, and implementation of service upgrades for utility scale wind projects. Michael then worked as an Asset Manager for Invenergy – a privately-held global developer and operator of sustainable energy projects - where he was responsible for a portfolio of thermal and renewable assets exceeding 1.5GW.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

Mike is based in Chicago and loves staying active. He skates at least once a week in a local ice hockey league and spends most of his free time exploring different city neighborhoods with his wife, Grace. Mike loves the outdoors and visiting both national and state parks, especially New York’s Adirondack mountains where he grew up.

Nina Konstantinou

Nina studied law at the universities of Dundee, and she then trained as a lawyer to become a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She then continued her career at Deloitte where she gained audit and tax experience, while pursuing ACCA qualifications. She continued her career in the asset management industry as a senior associate at the fund accounting department of State Street. Her client portfolio comprised of global mid-size private equity firms.

Prior to joining Innagreen, Nina worked at Generation Investment Management, a sustainable investment firm. She was part of the control team where she acted as the fund controller of the private debt and equity funds.

Jeff Pimer

Jeff is a Professional Engineer (EGBC) and Project Management Professional that has worked with an international renewable energy IPP's project management office prior to Innagreen. He has worked on the execution of multiple renewable energy projects in the US and Canada, as well as supporting renewable energy development and operational activities.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia in Mechanical Engineering.

Jeff likes traveling and exploring the great outdoors with his family.

Nick Bellinson

Before joining Innagreen, Nick was an Associate on Rothschild & Co's North American Infrastructure, Power & Renewables team. During his time at Rothschild & Co, he spent the majority of his time working on sell side transactions in the renewable energy and energy transition spaces, supporting renewables platforms and developers as well as industry-leading companies in clean fuels. 

Nick received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Business.

Outside of Innagreen, Nick loves everything active outdoors whether its skiing, backpacking, hiking, mountain and road biking, or running. He's also passionate about having a positive impact on communities around him and has started an organization, called CRCL, focused on getting young professionals in New York to get more actively involved in philanthropy.
